I have a 04F7 EFI no battery but would like to install a 12V outlet so I can run my GPS and Cell phone when on the trails is this possible and what would be the proper procedure to do so?  And what supplies would I need to properly do this?

 Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I have a lowrance h2-0, the only problem with doing this with mine is it would shutoff everytime you shut off the engine, and it takes awhile to find position again, I would hook up a small battery somewhere.  otherwise you can tie into your hand warmer wire, another thing about mine, is you have to use the plug in for it, because it has some kinda volt reducer in it, or you will blow the thing.  Hope this helps.
