I just discovered this site, and I have found it to be wonderful. My family and I have been vacationing to Brevort (Brevoort) Lake in the UP since I was little. I am 32 now and teach in Swanton - Ohio, (HELLO kVANDER). My father just recently retired and has taken mom up to Brevort where they built a beautiful cottage across from the public boat launch in Massey Creek. There, they plan to spend the rest of their days doing what they have always loved to do; playing outdoors and experiencing mother nature to the fullest! My wife, daughter, and I are already planning our next great trip to the UP for some much needed relaxation, boating, fishing, and of course "tipping back a few" with mom and dad. If anyone can direct me to some sort of calendar of what types of fish are biting and when for Brevort and other lakes in the area, I'd greatly appreciate it.
