 Hi i just bought a arctic cat 580 deluxe{ no electric starter} the thing screams but once it warms up it dies and does not wana start back up.Its a 1997 bye the way.It will start second pull as always ride it a few miles then it dies, i was told it might be the battery,that this model requirs a very good battery but mine almost looks new.I have cleaned just about every connection i can think of any body out their have a ideal what might be causing this? Thanks for any help.

hi it sounds to me like you may have a coil going bad. when they begin to break down they'll work when cold but fail once they warm up.
