anyone experienceing a problem with the yellow light on the dash with a 2007 Attak? I was riding last weekend and the coolent light would not go off. I quit riding because I did not want to over heat the machine. We were riding in the U.P. and this sled is liquid cooled. It should not be over-heating when temps are in the mid-30s.

You made sure it was the temp icon? just because the warning light came on, it could be a matter of alot of possibilities.  Mine did the same thing, you might have to drain the 100% coolant that yamaha puts in them, and delute it 50/50, or even use water wetter, also were u on ice? apex has to be in snow, to cool the heat exchangers that are located right under your feet.  Last but not least, dont worry bout overheating it, cause it wont, it will shut down first.  nice to know u have a bullet proof engine, isn't it?
