| Well I guess I will put in my input, you are talking about the secondary clutch, right? Sounds to me the jack-shaft is bent, the bearing is bad, or the clutch itself is damaged, sometimes the bushings wear out, or even fall out. Is both sheaves wobbling? Or just one? Hope this helps.

| the spline shaft is free of play .when you put the driven clutch on withoth belt there is wobble in it .is there a shim that goes on spline shaft before you install the driven clutch the spline shaft and clutch seem fine .it's when the two are put together.

| I dont know alot about the cat clutching, but Its gotta be about the same as a yamy, Is it wobbley when It's running? Guess I dont understand what you are describing, I have a distance and offset tool to measure clutch, Thats what you need to determine If you need a shim on jackshaft, most have at least 1 shim so clutch isnt rubbing on bearing, and yes there is a shim inside secondary clutch so that when your belt gets wore alittle, you can take that shim out to raise the belt back up to specs, a little above the top of the sheaves. Also yamaha lets there secondary clutch drift around, mine moves a good 1/2" back and fourth to adjust to primary clutch. Have you had it apart?

| use both hands and wobble it .it's the secondary there is play and it's not tight on spline, where it wobbles.with belt on and run sled you don't see it wobble.

| Without seeing it, Its hard for me to determine. It should move alittle back and fourth, but not wobble! mayby spline is wore out, Maybe the dealer here knows more, I tried....... good luck
