Hello, the bezels for the air intake have fallen off four times, and finally AC has solved the problem with screws now the side screens are falling off. also a new seat was installed, due to fabric malfunction. clutch bolt on secondary fell out. update clutch spacer added. and very hard clutch ingagement from start. AC insists this is normal. the sled only has 1000 mi.  but other wise great machine, FAST.

I lost all intakes at one time or another at high speeds. Warrenty coverd them and I put them back with a bit of goop!. I hit 117 mph,GPS,  on Lake Michigamme last week and rode over 1000 miles since and they are still on tight. Other than that It would stall and few times after a quick stop. Once I had over 500 miles that quit! Runs fantastic with out a single problem. Stared right up at -26 degrees and I run it hard all day.

Love the sled, love the power!
