I aske dmy buddy if he wanted to go hunting Thanksgiving day with me .An he said you go on thanks giving day , i said; every year i go but just don't stay out all day like all the other days if i haven't got nothing.

we head out to go hunting at 6:30 Am he asked where are you hunting at at that blind where we always go past and never hunted at this year yet.Ok i'll go over to the spot near the stream and hunt ok ,but i'm only staying out till about 12:30 -1:00pm.

Well 12:45 rolls around and i go looking for my buddyand he's not where he said he was going to be and no where to be found.so i head back to my blind and jump a 8 point and a doe on the way to the blind . I hurry and get in to the blind(stick made) and start doing a young buck call and i see the buck coming back after a sec and i'm thinking all right . call a few more times and he comes in closer and closer ,but behinde some brush so i wait on the shot and call again. now he's half way behinde a big oak tree getting ready to come around it, so i'm waiting for him to take a few more steps so i can have a good shot.he takes them few more steps and i pull up my gun and  sight in on him and all of a sudden all the snow falls off this sappling beside my be and he's off running like he was when i seen him and the doe.
