hi i need some help .my wife sled makes a clicking sound when you ride it .i though it was the jack shaft bearing.took the chain apart .the shaft is tight on both sides.i have never messed with one with reverse  . it sounds like a stud is hitting .i loosend the track look evey ware can not see anything .so then i thought it was the hyfaxs mabe a clip was catching .any got a idea.:shock:

its sounds to me like the chain is loose in the chain case it might be loose did you check that

i check the belts even change it sound like a load clicking and u can feel it  took the chain case apart  looks great  .im going to tray new hyfax but these look good all but the very front mabe the clips are catching  at the front of the hyfax .
