This thing runs great on the flat roads but the minute it hits any kind of bumps its seems to cut out, backfire and start going again. I cleaned the carb and jets but im starting to think electrical because of the bumps. Anybody have any ideas??

You can safely (just a test run) run the sled with the kill button unplugged and the same with the ignition switch, seperatly of course just to rule out either of them from being the problem. It will most likley be a rub through in the wiring possably at the steering post just below the handle bars. You will have to search a little. If the right wire is exposed, it will kill the engine every time it comes in contact with a metal part of the machine.
