I just picked up a 79 Arctic cat El Tigre 6000 and i was wondering what ratio should i use for fuel and oil? please help!!

When my El Tigre 6000 is running what does it mean if some oil is getting spit out of the exhaust?

MarkyMark is correct. The 79 6000 with the LQ Spirit engine requires a 40:1 mixture.

use synthetic oil this will make it run alot better ! my 1979 6000 did........
