I already mailed the guy via the Otsego County Sheriff. Any other input would help.

Go to upnorthmotorcyclesafety.blogspot.com and print the registration and then mail it in. It is a long weekend, which seems drawn out, but only $25.

I just successfully completed the June basic motorcycle skills class (BRC) in Cheboygan. It was a long weekend, but now it's done. Now all I need is a bike  :)

Nah, as long as you pay attention, read the supplied booklet, and practice the riding (especially if you are a true beginner).

They supply the bike for the basic (BRC) class. They are 250 cc or smaller.
