| my 99 srx 600 keeps fouling plugs and i really cant figure out why. ive cleaned the carbs out.. blew out all my gas lines.. an im just stomped on this. if anyone has some advice of what i should try i would love to here your opinion.. thanks

You could have the dealership adjust the oil injection.
Make sure the carb is adjusted right (not too rich)
Try a hotter plug
Try leaner jetting in the carb

| Does it still foul after warming up? I had a 99 srx 600 and at a cold start I would have to just feather the choke. Don't touch the throttle at all. Start at full choke, get it to half, and then none and just let it run for 4-5 minutes.

i've got a 99 mxz with a primer and before i took it to my buddy to clean the carbs for me after i tried it myself. if you pumped the primer more then onec maybe twice It would foul out plugs like crazy. had my buddy clean the carbs and messed with the jets now i don't even have to prime it and it fires up on second pull every time.

you have to be very careful with that "old" primer "bulb" you can flood out the engine which is nothing more than fouling the plugs with to much gas?
I've had several ski-doo's with that same problem...rotary intake valve doesn't help the problem either

I would say injector adjustment is off, how many miles on sled, maybe rebuild time. also did u check plugs at wide open then quik shut down, see what color they r, that could determine if its your main jet or slow jet.check compression, take it to a dealer.

Check your choke plungers,They are most likely gummed up or seals are bad allowing to much fuel into the cylinder.I had the same problem with my 80 srx always fouling plugs,I purchased new choke plungers installed after cleaning carbs whiles they were out and fixed the problem.
Do not adjust your oil injection unless it is back to FACTORY SPECIFICATION,For this consult your repair manual or someone that knows how to do it correctly!!!
