I think it's Murphy's Law--what can go wrong, will, and at the worst possible time...Our parts department will look and see if we have one in stock and if so, what the price is. Please expect an answer soon. Thanks~

| upon further review, it is the stator, i think. new rebuild ran fine before it came undone(don't they always) but I had plenty of spark, never a problem starting. When I got it all back together and tried to start it, I got nothing. No spark, no glimmer of hope from the headlight , nothing. My three suspects are stator, cdi box, or dess key. What do you think?

The problem with your situation is that without one of our guys looking at it we're only guessing as to the problem. If you want to replace parts one-by-one to isolate the problem, we recommend starting with the DESS post, because it's the cheapest.
We have a used 99 Formula III 600 at our showroom which you could pick up for $700.00 if you need parts.
