Hello all -

I have been viewing Michigan Interactive for years and am glad to see the forum section opened up. I think this could be a great opportunity to share experiences with other people who are interested in the same things you are.

My name is Mike. I am from Farmington, MI although I travel north most weekends. I enjoy fishing, hunting, and anything else outdoors.

I am looking forward to the walleye run on the Detroit River this coming spring and a week of relaxation this summer on Mullett Lake, then a couple weeks in the trailer for deer season in the western UP.

I have a wife, 3 month old son, and a yellow lab.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Mike

Hey DownLowe, Nice Smallie. How did the Detroit River Walleye fishing work out for you. I was there last Thursday, 5/29/08, and there wasn't much action. 2 marble eyes for three of us in 5 hours. At the Wyandotte Ramp the attendant told us we "did better than most". Unstable weather and wind directions.

I did much better this past weekend at Canada Creek Ranch north of Atlanta on Bucket Mouths.
