| Hi There - I am new to michigan and this website. A friend of mine told me we cant hit the trails because its now hunting season. Is this a common courtesy or it the ORV season really over? Just want to get my bike out one more time before the snow flies. Thanks!

Michigan's ORV system is effectively, legally, closed during the firearm deer season, which is Nov 15 through Nov 30.
Rest of the year, no problem. Trails are open 24/7.
ORV Rules:

Technically you can ride from 11 AM to 2 PM and from sunDOWN to sunRISE (ie at night) during rifle season - BUT THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
Deer hunters basically get 2 weeks, ORV riders get 50 out of the year. Give them their two.
