Did it a few years ago.  You must take the "Ice Bridge" from Iggy to the Rock.....not always available.  Once you get there, it's 15mph speed limit, but it's still a great ride.  Open access to everywhere on the island, airport, golf course, downtown, Arch Rock, et al.  Not a whole lot of places open...just a few of the bars.  See pic of us on the porch of the Grand Hotel.
